Official Selections for the 2016 All American High School Film Festival in NYC

We could not be more proud to announce that five films from the YDA class of 2015 have been announced as official selections for the 2016 All American High School Film Festival.

Antreise Lacey, Documentary, “SHADE”
Cody McIntyre, Documentary, “FROM CLOSED TO OPEN”
Rebecca St. John, Documentary, “ROCK BOTTOM”
Scott Larwood, Documentary, “FATHERLAND”
Stevie Earnest, Documentary, “BOTH GENDERS”

Films will screen the weekend of October 7-9, 2016, along with over 500 other projects completed by youth, at the AMC Theater in Times Square, New York City.

Winning filmmaker of Best Documentary will be awarded an all expense paid 10-day community service trip where he/she will film a documentary about the experiences of other participants.
