Kallista Palapas

KALLISTA PALAPAS is a student at Vista Ridge High School and will be graduating in 2020. She plays volleyball for the school, participates in the Leadership program, and works on the backstage crew for Vista Ridge’s Wolf Pack Theater program. Her passion is to become a successful filmmaker sharing stories that will encourage action or spark conversation. Kallista joined the Youth Documentary Academy and the DECONSTRUCTING COLOR campaign because she and her family have experienced racism first hand and she hopes to open minds and create change around this issue.
